- Investment: From $10,750 AUD twin share. Single $12,600
- Deposit: $500 non-refundable to secure your place

Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations must be received in writing. As per T&Cs
- If you cancel within 30 days of booking a full refund will be applied.
- If you cancel more than 60 days of departure, payments (excluding the deposit) may be refunded.
- Cancellations within 60 days of departure are non-refundable.
- The balance 70% is due no later than 60 days before departure
- Comprehensive travel insurance is Mandatory for all Guests, covering health, cancellations, and personal belongings.
- Proof of insurance may be requested before travel.
Health & Fitness
Participants are responsible for ensuring they are Physically fit and medically able to Participate in retreat and tour activities, including yoga, walking and travel. Food and travel Odyssey reserves the right to alter itineraries and dates and experiences due to unforeseen circumstances and e.g. weather, safety, local conditions or other operational concerns.
Liability disclaimer
While every care taken, Food & Travel Odyssey accept no liability for loss, injury or damage resulting from acts of nature, third Party providers, or circumstances beyond our control No drugs or over the limit alcohol permitted. All guests participate at their own risk and must sign 3 release and waiver form when booking.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Australia and any disputes will be handled within the jurisdiction of South Australia.
Travel documents valid at least 6 months or more.
Photography & Media Consent
- By attending, guests consent to being photographed or filmed during the retreat.
- Media captured may be used for promotional purposes by Food & Travel Odyssey.
- Guests who do not wish to be photographed should notify the organiser in writing prior to the retreat.
